The Basic/CN features a fully innovating system to lock the board being machined and to control axis X movements. The machine has a monolithic structure manufactured from thick steel sheets electrowelded and properly strengthened in order to sustain the heaviest loads. The configuration of the axes movements :
  • Axis X: board movement, locking and displacement, for operations in X direction.
  • Axis Y: head movement, for operations in Y direction.
  • Axis Z: tool decent, in Z direction.
    • The following operations can be executed: Routing, sawing and drilling.
    Flexibility and accuracy, through double table movement and tandem loading!
    Point to point drilling - 9 in X+9 in Y vertical and 1+1 in X and Y horizontal (optional)!
    Can be equipped with two 9hp router motors for shaping solid wood, tool-changer and one turning horizontal router and /or saw-motor!
    Working area: 3000 x 800 (1000) mm.
    Maximum workpiece thickness: 50mm
    The Format 90 is the larger version of the Edit 3000, but with the same features.
    Can be equipped with 4 router motors, tool-changer, horiz. router, saw and larger drilling unit in X direction.
    Vertical drilling: 9(18)+9 in X+Y direction and 1+1 in horizontal.
    Working area: 3000 x 1250 (1716) mm.
    Maximum workpiece thickness: 60 mm
    All outstanding features as above machines, but designed for heavy-duty operations with lesser movements.
    Can be equipped with 12hp router motors, bi-directional tool-changer, saw-motor and various options of horiz. routers turning and tilting!
    The vertical drilling unit has 18+18 in X+Y and can have several in horiz. direction with 32 centre.
    Working area: 3000 x1700 mm.
    Maximum workpiece thickness: 120 mm
