This
CNC working centre executes holes, mortises and tenons without any limits in
centre distances and inclinations on chair components and solid wood elements.
The programming is so easy that the same operator working on the machine will
be able to program even the most difficult piece and set-up times are reduced
to the minimum: Recall any stored program, position the piece, prepare the tools
and the machine is ready to run.
The technical solutions applied make a work centre with great reliability and
highest precision. The flexibility offered is the ideal solution for small batches
and design changes. |

It
executes not only holes, mortises, and tenons, but also contours shaping operations
on 5 axes profiles, without any limits in centre-distances and angles on chair
components and solid wood elements. Compact and simple it offers a high degree
of flexibility finding its ideal application in the production of small batches
of highly diversified design. The movement of the two worktables is numerically
controlled, offering the great advantage of either working on both tables, e.g.
long pieces or in alternate cycle (allowing the operator to change the finished
piece on one table, while the other is being machined). The 4 spindle cross
head motor provides a rapid change of the tool position and variable tool speed
from 500 to 18000 rpm. Set-up times are extremely fast once the piece is programed.
CAD-CAM systems for contour shaping of profiles up to 5 axes is available. |
